Day 1:
Ngp Airport, LKO Airport, lunch at foodcourt in LKO Airport metro station, immigration procedure at LKO international airport, depart for Dubai airport, Arrival in Dubai Airport, immigration procedure, duty free shopping, noi card shopping, travel to hotel by GMC van, check-in at Al-Khoory inn hotel, freshen up, walk from hotel to Burjuman metro stn, take metro for Dubai Mall, walk from Dubai metro station to Burz Khalifa fountain show, enjoy the show, get back to Dubai Mall metro station, take metro back to Burjuman metro station, walk from metro station to hotel, dinner in hotel, good night.
Highlight: walk from Dubai Mall metro station to Fountain show was unexpectedly long. Was told it will be 15 mins walk, but we had to walk for 25 mins to get to the fountain arena. The fountain show was fantastic. It runs every 20 mins. Worth watching it twice.
Day 2:
Hotel breakfast, Walk from hotel to Burjuman metro station, top-up of noi card, take the metro to DMCC, get down at DMCC metro station, walk to the Jumeirah lake towers tram station, take the tram, drop at "Palm Jumeirah" tram station, walk over to "Palm gateway" monorail station, take 1-way tkt to AquaVenture waterpark, drop-off at Atlantis AquaVenture monorail station, walk over to AquaVenture, show tickets and get entry into AquaVenture, payment for the locker, change into swimsuit, deposit the stuff into locker(except shoes), keep the shoes into shoe-rack at the rides , enjoy the first river riding, storm ride, lunch at barracuda , next set of rides viz aquaconda,zoomerango,poseidon's revenge, Normal bucket pool for childrens, normal slides for children, proceed to changing room, open the locker, take the shower, get into normal clothes, exit from AquaVenture, proceed to bus stop, get the complimentary bus service to Marina Mall, drop off at Marina Mall, walk over to ferry point in Marina Mall area, check the cruise prices and experience, walk back to "Sobha Realty" metro station, take metro for Burjuman metro station, walk from Burjuman metro station to al-khoory inn, take dinner, good night.
Highlight : The monorail experience was good as a first timer. The palm resort/Atlantis resort view was worth watching from the front cabin.
The waiting time for the storm ride in the waterpark was 1.5 hr, but the ride was stunning. Lunch at barracuda was v.much expensive. But there is no alternative. Have to settle for dosa only. We were simply tired to take the cruise experience at end of the day --> could have planned better and shifted the cruise experience to some other day(Saturday)..but weather was good around cruise area.
Day 3 :
Hotel breakfast, booked the cab for miracle garden(since garden has a huge area and we were supposed to walk largely for entire day), arrived at the miracle garden, roaming around in miracle garden, exit from miracle garden, walkover and arrive at butterfly garden(10 mins walk), roam around butterfly garden, exit from butterfly garden, reach to MyGovinda's restaurant by walk(10 mins walk), take lunch at MyGovinda's, take a walk to City bus stop near Miracle garden(15 mins walk) , board the bus for "Mall of the Emirates", arrive at "Mall of the Emirates" bus stop, get into metro station at "Mall of the Emirates", deboard at "Emirates Towers" metro station, proceed towards "Museum of the Future" by foot(10 mins walk), enter into the museum of the future, explore the 3-4 galleries inside Museum of the future, get outside of Museum of the future, take the taxi for Dubai Glow Garden, roam around Dubai Glow Garden, take taxi from Dubai Glow Garden to Burjuman square, soovenier shopping in Mall at Burjuman Square, dinner in Sarvanan bhavan at Centre Mall(Burjuman), go over to the hotel by foot, packing up bags, good night.
Highlight: museum of the future looked overhyped to me. The exhibits are there which were not exciting for me..we are already seeing similar stuff on Instagram/Twitter..so not a "woww" stuff according to me.. kids had god time in playing area inside Museum of the future..rest things were just "okay "..better to reach miracle garden in the early morning..because the garden opens early and crowd is also less in the morning...lateron the crowd is increased and you won't much photo-opportunity, take light meal..we took v.heavy meal and hence had to deposit bags at the entrance...if you have kids and have a light meal(biscuits, fruit cakes, dry fruits) ..they might allow you to take it with you inside...we had to walk extra mile for collecting the items from locker and then proceed to the butterfly garden.
Day 4: Hotel Breakfast, packup remaining stuff, checkout from al-khoory inn, book taxi for Al-mina area(new hotel for next 3 days), proceed to Hilton garden inn, drop the luggage, get new taxi for Abu Dhabi, reach WB world at around 1 PM, get the entry tickets and also the Quick pass tkts(only 3 of us required quick pass tkts), roam around in WB world, have some light snack in WB world, proceed to Ferrari World at around 4-30 PM, get the entry tickets to ferrari world, ride the roller coaster and mini-coaster, exit from the Ferrari World at 6-45 PM, reach Yas Island bus stop at around 7-15 PM, wait for the free shuttle to Dubai, hop onto the shuttle, reach Mall of the Emirates at around 9-15 PM, we roamed around backside of Mall of the Emirates and found Bikanerwala, had dinner at Bikanerwala, Took taxi from Bikanerwala to Al-mina(Hilton Garden Inn), check-in formalities, good night.
Highlight: WB world and Ferrari World are very vast and time consuming. It will be helpful if you know the rides and their location beforehand. It took some time to decide which ride to take and which to skip. Would be prepared next time when I visit similar places. The Ferrari roller coaster is scary for the first timer.
